TWO BEDROOM LUXURY IN THE BLACKCOMB BENCHLANDS
This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom town home in Blackcomb Greens is located on the desirable Blackcomb Benchlands.
Backing the 2nd hole of the Chateau Whistler golf course and Lost Lake Park this is one of the resort's most serene settings in any season, . It is a five minute walk to the Blackcomb base or you can hop on the free and frequent shuttle that stops right outside the door to go down to the village or both mountain bases.
This spacious property has it's own private entrance and secure underground parking.
It features an open, airy living space with large windows opening onto beautiful mountain and park views, hardwood floors, and a wood burning fireplace.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. There is a very comfortable pull out sofa in front of the fireplace in the living room.
The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, garberator and microwave. There is an in suite washer and dryer.
The dining room area has a large table that seats 6 in comfort. The back deck, complete with gas BBQ is on ground level. It gets the last of the afternoon sun and is a wonderful place to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
There is a shared hot tub in the complex just steps from the patio door.
