These owners handle all their own booking and service contracts such as scheduling cleaning, hot tub maintenance and handy man services. These owners usually are in the resort 2-3 times/year to attend to details like renovations and property upgrades.

Price: $750.00 plus 10% of any new rentals we secure on your behalf.

Silver
