Concierge Services
Pre-arrival opening of the home; detailed inspection, turn on lights, turn up heat, check that everything is in order, leave personalized welcome card for each guest
Coordinating and booking transportation to the resort
Pre arrival shop and delivery of groceries, flowers and beverages
Assistance with ski school bookings
Purchase and delivery of lift tickets
Assistance with ski school programs and delivery of lesson vouchers
Restaurant suggestions and reservations
Equipment rentals
Arranging other activities such as snowmobiling, heli-skiing, dog sledding, child minding etc.
Weekly Inspection services
Check windows and doors for proper operation/leaks/locks etc.
Check security system for proper operation
Check electrical panel box for tripped breakers
Check thermostat for proper operation
Check baseboard heaters for proper operation
Check ceiling fans
Check dishwasher operation
Run all faucets and check for leaks
Flush and inspect all toilets
Check furnace operation
Check water heater for leaks
Check and replace when necessary all indoor and outdoor light bulbs
Check all walls and ceilings for water intrusion
Visually check roof for debris and snow load

Monthly Inspection services
Check appliances for proper operation

Pre Arrival
Turn up heat and turn on lights so home is warm and welcoming
Check that cleaning is satisfactory and all necessary toiletries, paper goods and soaps are stocked up
Make sure fire logs or firewood are well stocked
Make sure any necessary keys are available
Change door codes if necessary · Meet and greet guests if necessary or upon request
Post Departure
Thorough inspection to check for any damage

Your property will be listed with details and photos on our web site
Bill Payment
Payment of all utilities, strata fees and service contracts
You will receive a detailed accountancy every 3 months
Bookings and web site management
Assist with finding the best web site to list your property on (owners are responsible for costs for listing)

Update web site calendar
Respond to all inquiries about the property
Secure bookings, take deposits, damage deposits and final payments
